Garden
Rooms – our original rooms, spacious and situated close to the main
hotel. All rooms open up onto our large garden. Bathroom en-suite and
some rooms with mini bar - but available on request) Garden Executive –
recently refurbished. All rooms have a patio looking onto the extensive
grounds. Bathroom en-suite & separate bath and shower as well as a
patio. Riverfront Executive – recently refurbished. All rooms have a
patio overlooking the Magalies river. Bathroom en-suite with separate
bath and shower and dressing gowns.
The
Magaliesberg area, known for its rich heritage and beauty has so much to
offer our visitors. By prior arrangement, Valley Lodge staff are happy to
assist in organised outings to the diverse attractions (cultural,
historical, sporting and outdoor), so allow some time to explore all the
area has to offer. Similarly guests are invited to enjoy the many
activities available at the hotel: Walking trails, Fly fishing
(catch and release), Rowing boats, Swimming pool, 3 tennis courts (1
floodlit), Billiards table, Pool tables, Golf practice centre (1 hole,
pitch and putt), Fully equipped gymnasium, Bird watching, Small
game viewing, Volley Ball, Croquet, Boule, Childrens’ play area, Stone

supervision). Situated on the banks of the river, surrounded by large
trees, The Chapel at Valley Lodge is the ultimate wedding venue. Offering
an intimate atmosphere, The Chapel can seat up to 80 guests and your
reception can be held on the lawn outside, in one of our banquet rooms or
our elevated boma.
