Located in the majestic Magaliesberg range, in the North West Province of South Africa, the reserve is a favourite for the hiker, mountaineer and those seeking a back to nature holiday. Self catering accommodation in A-framed thatch chalets. Each has been tastefully decorated to make our guests feel at home. Situated in a Nature Reserve located on the river front with beautiful mountain vistas. This is a malaria free zone. In keeping with nature there is no electricity, but is powered by gas which is a very efficient and safe system.

We offer fully equipped, affordable chalets. Each one comprising of a kitchenette (stove and fridge), lounge, sleeping for 6 people, bathroom and private patio with BBQ and beautiful mountain and river vistas. Facilities include:
Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Tennis Courts, Bar, Mini Golf, Shop, Kiddies Playground, Conference Facilities, Bush Walks and Satelite TV.

Being a nature reserve the focus would be on total relaxation and the optimum utilisation of what nature has to offer you, whilst enjoying your stay. The 117 hectare resort has many paths and river which can be walked along and a full round trip could take you three hours and one should watch out for snakes and scorpions. No fewer that 133 bird species have been spotted and we ask that any new sightings be reported so that we can keep our list updated (available at the office). There are tennis courts, putt putt course, swimming pools and a kiddies playground. Braai facitlites are available at the swimming pools. The restaurant and shop are open during normal operating hours. Relax at the bar and watch your favourite sporting activity on satelite tv, if you so choose.
