Upmarket

luxurious facilities for 24 persons in 8 luxury chalets and 4
east-african safari tents. All chalets and tents offer
on-suite bathrooms, double accommodation and patios with breathtaking
views over the foothills of the Waterberg. Intimate and exclusive,
this retreat specialises in conferences, corporate "bosberaads"
and exclusive weddings. Catering is superb bushveld cuisine, variable
to cater for your essential needs. This is the African bushveld at its
best.
We
conduct game drives, trails, walks, bush courses, birding, and perhaps
even a little history (The first owner was President Kruger, but
before him Stone Age people roamed the area). To date, our bird
list exceeds 296 species including the long tailed shrike, or Tilodi,
with game such as sable antelope, tsessebe, eland, waterbuck,
wildebeest, zebra and giraffe, as well as rhino, buffalo, hippo and
leopard. At Tilodi Wilderness, guests experience the bush under
guidance of highly experienced rangers with an intimate knowledge of
the area.
