The Lodge at Prince's Grant has seven individually furnished rooms with some named after famous golf holes or golf courses; Cosy Corner, Old Glory and Tralee to name a few. Our beautifully decorated "Umdoni" suites further compliment this magnificent facility. All rooms have generous views of the golf course or the vast Indian Ocean. Self Catering: We have a number of villas on The Estate for short term rentals, all villas are situated in the heart of one of South Africa's top twenty golf courses and have either views of the Indian Ocean or the course. Facilities include: Secluded beach, canoeing on our private lagoon, squash, swimming pool and tennis court. Nature trails and birdwatching. The Lodge is in close proximity for all your meal requirements.

Golf: With large greens, undulating fairways each and every hole is unique and provides golfers with a most rewarding and challenging golf experience. Our Peter Matkovich designed golf course has constantly been ranked as one of the top courses in the country and certainly one of KwaZulu Natal's finest. The course is a links/parkland layout with magnificent sea views, natural bush and Zululand interior. In February of 2005 we received one of eleven awards for a “ Five Star Golf experience” in South Africa. With our home from home atmosphere all guests are made to feel like members for the duration of their stay. Non golfers can enjoy a kilometre and more of secluded beach, canoeing on our private lagoon and nature walks in a birdwatchers paradise. Other facilities include tennis, squash and swimming at our recreation centre. Prince's Grant is part of the Dolphin Coast, the battlefield sites and North Natal Game Reserves are all on the doorstep.
