The hotel offers double or single rooms, all with air-conditioning and private bathroom or shower. Alternatively you may choosed to stay in the Criterion family suites (sleeping four each) or in one of the three cottages, each with two double rooms, living room and private facilities. The hotel is known for its excellent cuisine and personal attention to guests, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Ilse, a qualified Cordon Blue chef, is in charge of the kitchen where delicious local dishes and Cape classics are prepared with fresh, locally produced ingredients. Homemade bread, fresh herbs and a selection of local wines complement the mouthwatering meals.

Facilities at the hotel include a large and inviting swimming pool in a restful garden setting, sauna, squash court and gymnasium. Tennis, horseriding, bowls and golf are activities available in the village and all water sports on the nearby Clanwilliam Dam. The Cederberg offers many wonderful hiking opportunities and sights to see; the quaint historical mission village of Wupperthal, the grave of Afrikaans poet Leipoldt and many excellent San Rock Art sites, to name but a few!
