All 56 rooms are air conditioned, bathroom en suite (with shower and bath), colour TV (DSTV in all rooms), radio and telephone. Most rooms are twin bedded, although there are a limited number of double bedded rooms, family suites and triple bedded rooms available.

The Sparkling Health Spa. It is the largest and most modern facility of its kind in the North West Province and, like Sparkling Waters Hotel, the Health Spa's motto is "Value for Money" without compromising luxury and comfort. The Spa comprises a comfortable Guest Lounge, Indoor Heated Pool, Gym, Jacuzzis, Steam Bath, Revolutionary Sun Bed, Hydro Therapy Room, Cloak Rooms, Sun Deck and Salon. The Kromrivier runs through the property from its source in Groot Kloof. Here, you can enjoy crystal clear mountain streams and well marked meanders through the woods. Unwind on a walk through the woods, or take part in a whole range of sporting activities - Sport Facilities. These include tennis courts, swimming pool, heated splash pool, sauna, volleyball, squash, games room, pool table, table tennis, children's play park, trampoline, darts, mountain bikes, and golf by arrangement. The recently launched Magaliesberg Canopy Tour promises the most exciting adventure leisure or team building activity you will ever have. Slide across the canopy of Ysterhout Kloof in the Magaliesberg range from 11 platforms constructed high against the rock faces and joined by 10 slides up to 140m long and in places more than 30m above the canopy floor. The Canopy Tour lasts ± 2.5 hrs and experienced guides ensure the safety of each participant while discussing interesting facts about the history of the range and its Fauna and Flora.
