Sable Lodge - Accommodation in Mabula Game Reserve, Limpopo Province is in the heart of a magnificent, 10 000 ha, malaria free game reserve. It is here where the Big Five (elephant, lion, rhino, leopard and buffalo) and rare species such as the majestic sable,  springbok roam. Herds of giraffe, eland, kudu, waterbuck and gemsbuck are equally impressive, as are the hippo and crocodile. The reserve also offers a paradise for bird watchers, with more than 300 species. It is nearby Sun City next to a world class golf course. It is heaven for photographers.

The lodge offers private chalets, each with a cosy en suite bedroom and veranda. Guests can meet in the clubhouse with its lounge, fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a dining area, pub and kitchen. Meals are provided by arrangement, and barbecues around an open fire, with great views of the distant Waterberg, are a special attraction. The lapa and splash pool are special features, intimate with a romantic and peaceful atmosphere and ideal when it comes to cooling off during the long, lazy summer days.

Game drives, including night drives with an experienced game ranger, are among the exiting activities.  Guests can
