Our elegant rooms offer superb European style comforts combined with a unique African decor. Enjoy an excellent breakfast served under a majestic 19th century oak. Relax on your patio, have a swim in the large heated pool, take a leisurely stroll in our park and watch the birdlife around the dam. Very recommendable restaurants in walking distance.

All of our rooms have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom, well stocked minibar, ceiling-fan, the suites have air-condition, coffee- and tea-facilities, Sat-TV, telephone and safe. The bathrooms are marble-floored with under-tile heating. On the large grounds of 3.5 hectares is a big dam with plenty of bird and fish life. A solar-heated saltwater pool with 11 meter in length invites for a swim. Breakfast is served depending on weather under a beautiful old oak tree. We could already introduce two Springboks in our small Eco-Reserve. More to come.

De Hoop Nature Reserve" An wonderful daytrip to observe Zebras , Bontebok and other kind of antelope and animals. Offers very good opportunity to have a swim in the Indian Ocean in one of the natural tide pools or to watch the whales. It's a must for everybody who wants to experience an original and wild part of Africa. A 9 hole golf course with picturesque views on the Langeberg mountains. You can hike the Tradouw pass, you can mountain bike, fish or canoe at the Breede river, you can enjoy some horse riding or visit Cape Agulhas and Robertson valley wine estates.
