Qwantani is an RCI resort situated at the foothills of the Drakensberg offering magnificent views of the mountains and 36 kilometres of lakefront access to the awe-inspiring Sterkfontein Dam. There are 50 chalets. The surrounding nature reserve hosts a wide range of birds and wildlife, the dam teems with fish, and historical and cultural sites are an easy drive away. Besides the many activities available to keep you busy, your cosy chalet will provide all the elements you require. All chalets are equipped with full kitchens, TV and gas fireplaces, car ports and there are video machines available to hire.

Your chalet is cleaned each day. Each chalet is insulated against the mountain extremes and has full height picture windows for you to enjoy the picturesque outlook. The chalets are all 3 bedroom chalets and accommodate a maximum of 6 people with a double bed in the main room and 2 single beds in the second and third bedroom. Babysitting can be arranged and there is a laundry service available for a nominal charge. Linen and towels are provided with the exception of swimming towels. 

The impressive Clubhouse Complex incorporates a restaurant, bar, pool and pool decks, squash, tennis, sailing and water skiing. The resort offers excellent water-skiing, fishing and good horse-riding facilities. Ideal for family holidays, it is the perfect place to explore the Golden Gate Park and the trails, craft shops and galleries around historic Clarens. In the spring, the nearby cherry farms are covered in pink blossoms, well worth a visit.
