Natte Valleij - Accommodation in Klapmuts, Western Cape is one of the most beautiful farms in the area. They offer accommodation in two self-catering cottages (Vineyards and Cellar cottages), and a B&B unit situated off the courtyard of the main homestead, this consists of a double bedroom with bathroom.Vineyard Cottage (sleeps six) is set in the grounds of the historical farm Natte Valleij in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands.

Bed and breakfast

Part of the cottage is the original dwelling built on the estate; the two central rooms still contain the original reed ceilings. The cottage contains 3 double bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms (one with shower), sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (no microwave). It has a stoep (patio) with braai (bbq), table and chairs. It has a small private garden. There is covered parking in the barn near the cottage. For winter visitors there is also a log fireplace in the sitting room  Cellar Cottage is situated next to the old wine cellars and has a double bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a stoep with braai, table and chairs. It is suitable for a couple, or a couple with one or two children.

There is a large well-established garden, which adds to Natte Valleij sense of history and mystique with its ancient oaks, pergolas and hidden pathways. There is a large swimming pool in the garden with a thatched rondavel and deck chairs. Horse riding is a speciality at Natte Valleij with stunning outrides through vineyards, forests and mountain valleys. Walks take you through similar scenery. The bird list has now reached 178 species.

There is plenty to do in the area too. Nature walks, Mountain biking, Golf, Trout fishing, Horse Riding.
