guides by horseback, kayak, open-air vehicle or on foot. Be escorted
to a secluded part of the pristine Walker Bay Beach in search of
Southern Right Whales. Or, just be still and gaze upon the
transcendent beauty of creation.

Lagoon
Lodge. This enchanting 10-bedded lodge is in an ancient milkwood grove on
the lagoon with spectacular views overlooking a bird sanctuary and the
beautiful Overberg Mountains. Sleep in one of our five stone, canvas and
thatched chalets. Each unit has a luxury stone-surrounded bathroom with a
tub, outdoor shower and a deck. Follow the boardwalks through the
milkwood grove to our open lapa where meals, drinks and relaxing take
place by a fireplace that will warm your soul! Duminy Cottage. Enjoy
magnificent mountain and lagoon views from our double volume living /
dining room, huge stoeps, full kitchen, fireplace and outdoor braai. One
king bedroom has a tub and outdoor shower to view the sun rising over the
mountains. One double bedroom has a large shower, handicap accessible.
The spacious loft sleeps five, has a separate bathroom and opens onto a
large deck. Beautiful natural finishes: Sandstone floors; stone mosaics;
granite counters. Perfect for two families or three couples.
SELF-CATERING. Meals upon request. Duminchie Cottage, Enjoy the same
spectacular views from the edge of the lagoon. This quaint cottage is one
of the original stone farm buildings, fully renovated. It has a double
bedroom, bathroom with shower, dining area, open efficiency kitchen,
fireplace and a reading loft. Soak up the views on the pergola covered
patio. Sleeps two adults and one or two children in the loft.
