Marula Place - Accommodation in Mtubatuba,  KwaZulu-Natal. Situated on the border of the Greater StLucia Wetlands Park, some 3800ha expanse of lake and wetlands in a village called River View. It is adjacent to the Umfolozi River and Mtubatuba. Marula Place is centrally situated - only 20 minutes drive to the beach and 20 minutes drive to the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserves.

All 4 rooms are situated outside the main house, with air-conditioner, bar fridge, amenities, hair-drier and serviced daily. All rooms have access to a tropical garden. Your comfort is our business, so don't be shy to ask should you need anything. The Cottage has it's own entrance, private garden and parking, has TV, is air-conditioned and fully equipped: Kitchen, with fridge, stove, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. Amenities, linen and towels and hair-driers are provided. The bath room has a bath and shower. The Cottage is serviced daily. The Guest Lounge comprise of Lounge, Dining Room, Pub, outside Braai Area and Jacuzzi. The lounge has satellite TV, a Hi Fi System and games at the disposal of guests. There is also a swimming pool at your disposal to cool off during the summer months.

Lots to do and see in Zululand: Beautiful unspoilt beaches for scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, deep sea fishing, and tanning. Nature trials along the World Heritage Site, The Greater StLucia Wetlands Park. Crocodile Farms, turtle nesting sites, game reserves galore, traditional zulu kraals (where they live) and tours to traditional healers, medicine makers and herbalists. A country club is just up the road from Marula Place : it offers golf, tennis, swimming, a poly club, squash, bowls and a gym. And a wonderful restaurant. They are only 25 kilometres from the beach and 20 minutes drive from the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserves.
