Karoo Regions

The Karoo ranges from the Western Cape to the Eastern Cape and up to the Northern Cape. The Karoo  from flat to mountainous. The mountains and hills change colour depending on your proximity, the time of the day, or the weather. The towns are historical and some of them have a wonderful architecture. Even the Karoo, as dry as it seems to be, produces a fascinating flora of two sorts: succulents and woody shrubs.
