With only ten thatched suites set under huge shade trees in sprawling luxuriant gardens along the banks of the Sand River, exclusivity and complete privacy are ensured. The spacious chalets are harmoniously and comfortably decorated complementing the bushveld environment. Each is air conditioned, has a ceiling fan, full en-suite bathroom, a walk-in dressing room and lounge area. The sparkling swimming pool surrounded by loungers has its own bar and is the perfect place to while away hot African days, game and bird spotting or just relaxing whilst sipping iced drinks.

The Inyati Safari is unsurpassed. Morning and evening game drives in specially designed Landrovers take you deep into the bush frequently going off-road to track the major species - elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, the endangered cheetah and wild dog. At Inyati it is not unusual to see the Big 5 in a single day - along with giraffe, zebra, hippo and the many varieties of antelope. Savour the moment as the sun sinks below the trees and you stop for sundowners surrounded by wildest Africa before embarking on a night drive where the spotlight and the keen eyes of the tracker pick-up the major predators and the equally fascinating shy smaller animals such as genet, porcupine, civet and bushbaby.
