The fourth en-suite bedroom, known as the Lodge, is an extension of the main home, but is completely independent of it, with its own entrance to the garden and parking area. All four suites have seperate entrances leading from the garden and parking area. Four well equipped en-suite bedrooms each with TV, M-Net & Sports Channel, Fridge, Fan, Heater, Microwave, Iron, Hair Dryer & complimentary Tea and Coffee Facility. Three en-suite bedrooms are situated in a separate garden cottage, known as Cottage Pie.

Pietermaritzburg has a rich heritage of museums and galleries, over 39 National Monuments, and an architecture strongly influenced by the British Colonial era. The city has gone to great lengths to maintain it’s predominantly Victorian/Edwardian character and standing out among the many red-brick Victorian and Edwardian is the City Hall – one of the largest all-brick buildings in the Southern Hemisphere. Bring the local history alive by taking one of the self-guided Town Trails. The surrounding areas offers many tourist routes such as: The Battle Fields. The Majestic Drakensberg. Country Routes like the Midlands Meander, Boston Beat, the Sakabula Circuit and the Sani pass.
