This beautiful country house  are surrounded by forest clad mountains and lots of small waterfalls,  which is situated only 4 hours from Johannesburg and 40 kms from the Kruger National Park. Sabie is on the popular Panorama route, which has attractions such as the Long Tom pass, Pilgrims Rest, God’s Window, Bourkes Luck Potholes and the Blyde River Canyon which are all an easy days outing from the establishment.

Hillwatering Country House offers its guests, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with queen size beds and 2 with two three-quarter beds) which all have their own bathrooms and veranda’s that overlook the forest clad mountains and waterfalls. Hazel and Richard pride themselves in offering you all the comforts of their home and garden, they are also on hand to help you plan your trips with their local knowledge. Enjoy your English and Continental breakfast, which is served either on the verandah or inside by the log fire, or take a picnic breakfast 
(by prior arrangement) and spend the day siteseeing the Big 5 in the Kruger National Park. 2 or 3 course dinners are also available on request.

Sabie is a Hiking Paradise with numerous Hiking Trails. The hiker can choose from one day hikes to longer hikes where overnight huts are available. Apart from the hiking trails other forms of relaxation include: Horse Trails, Absailing, Kloofing, River Rafting, Tubing, Mountain Biking and Trout Fishing,
