Helderview offers six apartments of highest luxury. All are furnished in the old colonial style and still provide the necessary modern comforts. All apartments have a lounge and dining room, a well-appointed kitchenette, satellite TV, self-dial telephone, Internet connection, laptop plug-in, hifi system with a large selection of CDs, DVD-player and air-conditioning. Three of the apartments are 90 square metres in size and have one bedroom, kitchen, a tasteful lounge and a luxurious bathroom. Two of the apartments offer a second bedroom. In our top range we offer, in every way above everything else, a superbly appointed penthouse suite that meets the highest expectations. All the apartments offer our guests a panoramic view from the terrace down to the sea and to the Hottentot Hollands Mountains. Breakfast is included.

Built in the colonial style of the 19th century, the Helderview Homestead used to serve its owners as a residence and a place of business. The house was completely hollowed out and restored by the latest technical means. A small conference room for ten delegates with all the required electronic equipment is part of the house as well as a big lounge with breakfast room and a romantic outside terrace. Expansive, parklike gardens with shady Cape Pines and beautiful lawns invite you to relax. And, of course, a generously laid out seawater swimming pool is one of the house's amenities. Particularly beautiful is the Erinvale Golf Estate, just some minutes down the road from us. And many other courses like Stellenbosch Golf Club, Royal Cape Golf Club, Boschenmeer, Spier, Arabella, Clovelly or Westlake are within half an hour's reach. There is plenty to do in the area too. Wineland day tours in and around Helderberg, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschoek and Constantia. Sight seeing to Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point and surroundings, Sea fishing trips, Mountain biking. Hiking trails in the Helderberg Nature Reserve, Hottentots-Holland Nature Reserve, the Boland Trail, etc. Whale watching in Gordons Bay and Hermanus (June to November)
