Goedemoed Country Inn surrounded by its own Shiraz and Chardonnay vineyards yet situated in the heart of historic Paarl. This working winefarm is one of the 4 historical Cape Dutch Manor Houses forming together the astonishing vineyard-area in between KWV on Main Street and the Bergriver, situated in the heart of touristic Paarl, within only 1 km from N1, Paarl Mall, Language Monument and Boschenmeer Golf (27 holes). Goedemoed Country Inn has 8 double rooms with either twin beds or double bed. All rooms are fully airconditioned with en-suite bathrooms and TV`s. Guests are welcome to take a walk in our private vineyards or just relax on the patio or at the pool. We have lovely views of the mountains and surrounding vineyards. Goedemoed Country House is situated close to a superb 18 hole golf course. Many of the wine farms are within 5 minutes. Goedemoed Country House is the ideal establishment from which to explore the winelands. During the winter you can relax in front of the fire and in summer enjoy the views from the patio.

The Manor House has three rooms of which have direct access to the garden and pool area, and the historical honeymoon room. Our Garden rooms overlook the backside of the manor house, the swimming-pool, the vineyards and the backdrop views of the mountains.

Paarl's scenic splendour, with five mountain passes and magnificent surroundings, the Berg River majestically winding its way through and bringing life to deciduous fruit orchards and vineyards right up to the heart of  the town, and luxuriant vegetation, provide sufficient incentive to pay Paarl a visit.There is plenty to do in the area too. Scenic drives over mountain passes, golf, hiking, 4x4 trails, horse riding, birding, musical evenings, art route and hot air ballooning, trout fishing, to name but a few. There are several renowned golf courses within easy access. Wining and dining is a specialty of the region and, whether you prefer traditional South African, French, Italian or Chinese, you will be spoiled for choice
