Free State Province

This province - called the heart of South Africa - ist well-known for its sweeping plains of sunflowers and maize. This province is enclosed to the north and south by South Africa's two main rivers, the Vaal with the Vaal Dam and the Orange with the Gariep Dam and the 13 nature reserves. Both of these dams are focal points for nature lovers alike and tourists.
