Visit the Cape Peninsula tourist attractions as well as the Constantia, Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek Winelands. Central Cape Town, Table Mountain Cableway, the famous V&A Waterfront, the Robben Island ferry, the Waterkant Village and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, are just a 20 minutes drive away. There are excellent facilities to pursue a very wide range of activities from the most adventurous to the most relaxing. Table Mountain, with the two mountains which flank it, Lion’s Head and Devil’s Peak, offers spectacular views to the North over the bay, and to the South, down The Twelve Apostles – a spiny ridge which leads to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. A cable car takes visitors up the mountain.The route to Cape Point, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, gives the visitor endless opportunities to visit beaches, lighthouses, animal and bird sanctuaries and to drive along some of the world’s most spectacular scenery, including the well-known Chapman’s Peak.
