Embizeni Guest House - Accommodation near White River, Mpumalanga is situated on a Natural Heritage site, 15km north of White River in Mpumalanga, South Africa. It offers excellent accommodation in a malaria-free zone. There are interesting trails through the indigenous forests where a large variety of birds can be seen. Bass fishing is available and there are also braai (barbecue) facilities and a swimming pool. Embizeni is centrally situated in the Lowveld, where day trips can be arranged to all the scenic attractions, such as the Kruger National Park. Secure parking is provided within a fenced-off area.

Bed and breakfast

They offer two double rooms (next to each other) with single beds and private bathrooms. These have the use of a private lounge, digital TV, open fireplace for chilly winter nights, a lovely veranda and a fully equipped kitchen. On the other side of the house, there is a family room with a double bed and two single beds, but only an en-suite shower, no bath. All rooms are sunny with lovely views

Places of are interest: Embizeni itself offers nature walks, bird watching etc. The Jock of the Bushveld trail, based on the book by Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, passes through Embizeni. Kruger National Park. The Big Five as well as numerous other species can be seen here. The closest gate is Numbi Gate (40km) but the recommended entry gate is Paul Kruger Gate (70km). Shangaan Cultural Village 30km away. The gold mining town of Barberton (close to the Swaziland border) is 83km to the south. 45km to the north is Sabie, surrounded by many spectacular waterfalls and pine forests. To mention but a few.
