Our accommodation consists of 5 richly decorated Luxury en-suite rooms at the main house (Four stars) with well equipped with modern amenities and a private entrance. Luxurious gardens a mountain view , underfloor heating, air conditioning, bar fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities) There are also unique cabins on the waters edge. These are luxurious and completely private our cabins reflect a true African style and are fully equipped and only 3 minutes' drive from the main house. Each open plan cabin offers 2 bedrooms and a large deck with a picturesque view of the mountains as well as a hearty fireplace. The water level in the dam drops during the dry season.

Activities on this 2000 ha farm include bird watching with over 150 species around our large water features and the pristine beauty of the Olifants river- you may even see a Cape clawless otter there! Canoeing on the river, mountain biking, fresh water fishing, walks in absolute safety and harmony. Daily environmental and farm tours to watch ostrich chicks hatching are also available and are very popular with the resident research biologist Grant M. Mc Ilrath. There are now also unique in the world wild meerkat viewing tours right here on De Zeekoe Guest Farm Reserve- Discovery Channel filmed the wild mongoose here for over a year, and now guests can visit the study site. Grant has been researching wild meerkats for the last eleven years, and has worked with Cambridge University Large Animal Research Group in Britain and University of Pretoria Mammal Research Institute in South Africa and the Kruger National Park.
