Cascades guesthouse has 11 stylish rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, wireless internet connection and color TV. Some rooms have telephones and DSTV (you may select your channels). The rooms have views of the lush gardens or the courtyard with its koi pond. One of the rooms is a self -catering unit with a small, fully equipped kitchen, and a sleeper couch for an extra person. All rooms are non-smoking rooms: smoking is limited to selected areas. Selected rooms have air-conditioning and others have ceiling fans. All rooms have heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Each room has its own electronic safe for safe keeping of belongings.

Day Safari Tours.  Pilanesberg National Park: The most accessible of the major South African reserves, the Pilanesberg is located just one and a half hours drive north-west of Johannesburg and Pretoria. This unusual reserve, which is the fourth largest national park in South Africa, is set high in the Pilanesberg range, traversing the floor of an ancient and now long extinct volcano, providing a number of interesting habitats for the varied fauna and flora of the park. Amongst a wide variety of mammals Pilanesberg offers the visitor the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino & buffalo). Mankwe Dam situated in the centre of the reserve is a gathering point for many of the animals, providing excellent photo opportunities. De Wildt Cheetah Breeding Centre, Rhino and Lion Park, Elephant Sanctuary, Rietvallei Nature Reserve. Groenkloof Nature Reserve, Austen Roberts Bird Sanctuary.
