Camp Figtree has been designed around its original 1920's traditional colonial building style. Safaris into the River Bend Conservancy are conducted by professional game rangers and trackers. From an open Land Rover you are likely to see wildlife such as Kudu, Bushbuck, Leopard, Caracal, Bush Pig and Jackal. Additionally, a trip into the neighbouring Addo National Park, a mere 10 minutes away, affords guests outstanding opportunities for viewing Elephant. Enjoy the thrill of a walking safari in some of the most diverse terrain in South Africa. In addition to the game drives, you can savour a picnic - outdoor, colonial-style, or enjoy an historical tour of the famous Sundays River Valley or take part in a guided horseback safari within the Addo Elephant National Park.
