Wake up in the tranquil valley where the Yellowbills paddle up the river and the Egyptian Geese fly overhead. All the rooms of the farmhouse-style B&B overlook the Bitou River. Each of the five elegant double rooms have bath and shower en-suite, own private entrance and patio, television with M-Net, and a stocked bar fridge. Every room is heated and the guest lounge and breakfast room also have a cosy fireplace.In the evening we'll arrange dinner reservations in one of the nearby restaurants, or guests can barbecue their own meal next to the river.

Canoes are provided for guests to explore the wetland area with its wonderful birdlife. In summer, blue waterlines decorate the river and flocks of birds show off their red and yellow breeding plumage. Enjoy birdwatching, canoe trips down the river or a swim in the river or the pool in the garden. Hike or mountain-bike in the forest nearby. Play golf, tennis or bowls at the Country Club. Explore the interesting shops and restaurants in the village of Plettenberg Bay. Go for a long walk on one of Plettenberg Bay's beautiful beaches; collect shells, swim, spot dolphins.
