Bellavista Country Place - Accommodation near Hermanus, Western Cape is a beautiful Country Retreat overlooking the Walker Bay on a private fynbos property of 300Ha. It offers wonderful sweeping views of the Atlantic and the Overberg Mountains. In this panoramic setting, tranquility, privacy and peace are assured with a choice of stylish and comfortable accommodation. Children are welcome. Some of our accommodation units are equipped for self-catering. Breakfast and meals are served in our Panorama Restaurant. A heated overflow swimming pool with jet and martini bench is available to all our guests.

Each of the two luxury suites has a large lounge, spacious bedroom with a luxurious bathroom en-suite, and private patio with garden.  They are equipped with TV, fireplace, kitchenette with microwave, 'fridge etc. In the same Guesthouse we offer a junior suite, en-suite, with a relax Sitting area, large bedroom, TV and fridge. The mountain cottage, comprises lounge, kitchen, and en-suite bedroom. A second area on the mezzanine level provides sleeping for children or two adults. The patio has outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities.

Walker Bay offers various excellent whale watching spots. The closest is a few minutes driving from the guesthouse. Cruises on the Klein River and the Lagoon nearby as well as kayaking on the open sea during which you will enjoy the varying scenery enormously. An off-road 4 by 4 on a private farm up into the Overberg is available for the adventurous ones. (Own suitable 4x4 required, no renting available yet.)  Fishing in the Lagoon, from the boat in the open sea or from the rocks as well as horse back riding are also exciting activities available in our area. Hermanus features one of the most famous and beautiful golf courses in the country (Several other beautiful Golfcourses are also available in the Area) and has an interesting Craft market and nearby Caledon is well known for its hot springs and it's casino of international standards. We would be glad to organise any of the above activities for you.
