Ambience Inn - Accommodation in White River, Mpumalanga.The owner, Issy de Lira, would like to invite you to Ambience Inn. This is a newly built bed and breakfast set in a 2-acre rambling plants man's garden in the secure, up market part of White River. They are close to the world renowned Kruger National Park, in the heart of the subtropical South African Lowveld. Only three hours drive from Johannesburg.  They like to pamper and spoil there guests. Ambience Inn has six comfortable bedrooms each with en suite facilities, with either king/queen size or twin beds, and fans. All rooms have TV, fans, tea and coffee tray and a bar fridge. Additionally, each room has it's own verandah and private courtyard.

Legogote Mountain.When in the White River area, you can't miss it. It looks like a lions head facing east. You can even see it from our balcony. It is our favorite setting for the most spectacular sunsets and sundowners, and you won't find it on any tourist map.White River lies just north of Nelspruit nor far from the border with Kruger National Park. It is not a large town but there are some stunning establishments in the fertile surrounding area of scenic beauty. White River is well placed for visiting the rest of the Panorama Route or Kruger National Park. The climate is said to be one of the best in South Africa, lovely and hot in summer when rainfall is at its highest and cool nights during the winter. The farms in White River tend to be relatively small but the agriculture is intensive with tropical and citrus fruits in abundance, and vegetables and cut flowers.
