DescriptionParadise Beach is one of the last safe coastal retreats that promises a quiet New Years day on a spacious sandy beach. Originally a coastal farm, Paradise Beach, developed into a residential area in 1974. Sensitive Town planning has allowed for many greenbelt areas and subsequently the preservation of the indigenous flora which includes coastal fynbos and an abundance of milkwood The westen,northern and eastern boundaries of Paradise Beach border onto a private nature reserve, farmland and a protected estuary, respectively. The house has 5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms,a kitchen,living room with TV and DVD player,dining room and a fun room with a pool table and dart board . A total of 12 people can be accomodated in the house.
