Tree Top Guest House is one of the oldest residential buildings in Beaufort West. Restored to a magnificent 3-star guest house, this could be your accommodation establishment of choice on a journey through the Karoo.

Easy accessible and situated in quiet surroundings, this will make it an unforgettable experience for the discerning tourist or businessman. Come and unwind in the shade of huge pear trees, enjoying sundowners overlooking Birdstreet, unmistakably the most beautiful street in the Karoo.

Superbly decorated, and furnished, each room includes a King or Queen Size Bed, an en-suite bathroom with air conditioning for summer, heaters and electrical blankets for winter. Some rooms offer additional single beds to provide accommodation for a travelling family.

Each room has full DSTV, a bar fridge and coffee and tea facilities.

In the morning our guests can enjoy our full English Breakfast, consisting of filter coffee, different tea’s, juice, cereals (with hot or cold milk), muesli, yoghurt’s, toast and assorted jams, cheese and a lovely hot meal – Egg, fried tomato, bacon and sausage.

From JHB: Enter town from N1 wich becomes Donkin Street. Turn left in Darling Street and right in Bird Street. Find Tree Top Guest House on your left at 17 Bird Street. From CT: Enter town on N1 wich becomes Donkin Street. Drive north as if heading for Johannesburg. Turn right in Darling Street and left in Bird Street. Find Tree Top Guest House at 17 Bird Street on your left. From Graaff-Reinet/Aberdeen: Enter town in Voortrekker Road. At the second robot turn right in Bird Street. Find Tree Top Guest House at 17 Bird Street.
