Ruslamere Luxury executive accomodation is centrally situated in the heart of Durbanville which is an up market urban and commercial northern suburb of Cape Town. Often refered to as the Santon of Cape Town.

Originally the watering hole for early explorers into the Cape, it is today ideally situated for the intrepid traveller who wishes to explore all that Cape Town has to offer.

Our chauffer driven sedans,8 and 18 seater Mercedes Benz buses can facilitate any taylor made tours wether it be North to the flower festival, West to the waterfront, South to the whale festial, and of course, East to the Wine route.

A swing of 500m away from the golf course, and a coin s throw of 2km from Tygervalley shopping centre, the property has been designed for guest convenience and comfort, from the parking at the front door of each unit, to the boutique spa and pool facilities smack bang in the center.

Our four star facilities include a solar heated indoor swiming pool, steam room, cedar-wood sauna, six-seater superior spa jacuzzi, a state of the art cardiac and strength health equipment.

A personal fitness trainer, a massures and beauty therapist also operate on site.

Conference facilities include a 150 theatre style, another seats 39 in a U shape and the smaller one seats ten as a boardroom style. All of which are air conditioned and have multi media facilities. A high speed internet access is also available as well as state of the art telephone conference facilities.

All our units have full en-suites bathrooms, some have seperate lounges and others have granite kitchens for those guests who wish to self-cater.

All the rooms are fitted out with Simmons Pocket Coil mattresses and the cotton percale pillows and duvets all conform to European Down and Feather Board standards.

Well behaved children are welcome.

Our Luxury Studios offer a comfortable bedroom with writing desk, modern hotel facilities and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Self-catering Studios

Our Self-catering Studios comprise a spacious bedroom with writing desk, en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette equipped for two.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite offers our guests a beautifully appointed bedroom, their own private lounge and a full, spacious bathroom.

Loft Apartments

The Lofts are luxury double-volume units comprising open-plan lounge/kitchen and a main bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom upstairs.

Serviced Apartment in Sonstraal, Durbanville

The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The apartment is fully secure with its own entrance and electric sliding gate.

Conference Room 1 is an upmarket meeting room, equipped with leather chairs and cherry-wood tables.

This venue is ideal for executive presentations and strategy sessions for between 20 and 25 delegates in U-Shape seating and can accommodate up to 45 in a Cinema Style setup.

The venue is fully equipped with air-conditioning, surround sound audio, VCR and DVD player.

The ceiling-mounted proxima and light-blocking curtains in this venue ensure excellent conditions for hosting presentations.

This venue is best suited to meetings for between 10 and 15 delegates in U-shape seating, but will accommodate up to 36 delegates in a cinema style setup.

The venue is fully equipped with a air-conditioning, surround sound audio, VCR and DVD player.

Seating up to 120 delegates in a Cinema Style setup, Conference Room 3 is the largest of our venues.

This venue is ideal for presentations to a large number of delegates and for those events which require a large floor area. This venue also accommodates 40 delegates in U-Shape seating and up to 70 in a Classroom setup.

The venue is also used regularly to host award ceremonies, product launches and formal dinner functions.

Conference Room 3 is fully equipped with DVD player, air-conditioning, light-blocking curtains, and stereo sound system.

From the N1, take the Old Oak offramp, (after the R302). Cross over the robots, past Stodels. Travel a fair distance up Fairtrees until you get to Frazzittas office park. Turn Left in to Langeberg Road. Ruslamere is on the Left Hand side.
