Budmarsh Country Lodge epitomises understated elegance. The lodge has eighteen exquisitely appointed en suite rooms and provides a distinctive venue for discerning patrons. Budmarsh is renowned for its excellent cuisine and offers the best gastronomical experience in the Magaliesberg. Accommodation is inclusive of a sumptuous, six course dinner and a magnificent spread for breakfast. The menu for each meal is carefully chosen based on the finest of ingredients available for the day and consists of a starter, soup, sorbet, choice of main course, dessert, and coffee and truffles. Accommodation The eighteen rooms at Budmarsh are individually designed and offer guests a unique experience. Each room offers one or more of the following: a fireplace, outside shower, Jacuzzi bath or balcony. All rooms are furnished with baths and showers, antique furniture, king size beds, super down duvets and underfloor heating, heated towel racks, Tea & Coffee, Satellite TV and Internet connections, books and magazines, gowns and umbrellas. Wining & Dining Budmarsh has two dining rooms to provide the necessary ambiance for small and large groups. The first is able to seat 10 couples or a special venue for 20 individuals seated in a large square. The second dining room, seats up to 25 tables or close to 120 people. The venue allows for dancing or entertainment. If the demands of your busy schedule prevent you from staying over, take a relaxing drive to the magical Magaliesberg for day in the country, enjoying a Sunday lunch, High Tea or Picnic. Morning and Afternoon High Teas are served Mondays through to Saturdays. Rates: R160 per person OR A four course lunch is served on Sundays, from 12h30, at R290/person. Children are welcome for Sunday Lunches. Day visitors on Saturdays are also welcome to select a meal from the light lunch menu. Picnics are R250 per basket for two guests.
