
Description With Accommodation and the Functions Venue all on the same site, we can provide you with the ideal setting for conferences, team building exercises and weddings where out-of-town delegates or guests can stay overnight or longer. We can accommodate up to 30 sharing, or 15 single delegates or guests overnight. There are also 4 other quality guesthouses within a minute’s walk or drive for more delegates or guests. The B&B has five large luxury rooms, all with full en-suite bathrooms, channel TV, mini-bar fridges and tea or coffee facilities, two have kitchenettes. Internet, fax, photocopying and telephone facilities are available by arrangement.

We can comfortably accommodate up to 100 delegates per session, depending on the seating style. You can use the facility for full day conferences, where lunch, tea or coffee and drinks are provided. Included in the price will be the use of an overhead projector, flipchart and whiteboard. Weddings: Weddings (60 - 80 guests). Speak to us about our wedding packages: our wedding night suite for the bridal couple, vintage or modern limos, changing facilities, accommodation for out-of-town guests, the reception and all the other items to help make your wedding one to remember. The wedding service can be held outdoors in our beautiful gardens or indoors. We will take the pressure and worry off you by providing a full wedding planning service so that you can enjoy your very special day. Other Functions: The setting is also perfect for brain storming sessions, team building exercises, planning meetings and special anniversary, birthday or business parties. We are only minutes out of the city in quiet rural surrounds where privacy is guaranteed and the creative juices can start flowing without fear of outside disturbance.
DirectionsFrom the N1 Total distance from the N1 highway to Cotswold Inn is about 5 km. 1. Take the New Road off ramp (M71) from the N1. 2. At the top of the off ramp, follow the pointers to Crowthorne (the suburb). 3. Cross over 6th Road and then over Harry Galaun Street. Both crossings are controlled by traffic lights. 4. At the next traffic light, turn right into 7th Road. 5. Cross over a three way stop street. 6. Turn left at next set of traffic lights into Tambotie Road. Look for the Cotswold Inn Signboard on your left. 7. Follow Tambotie Road for about 1.5km. At the four way stop street, turn left into Acacia Road. Look for another smaller Cotswold Inn Signboard. 8. About 300 meters further you will find the main entrance gate to Cotswold Inn on your right.
